Des Morrison has lived in the Franklin District for more than 50 years. He is in his second three year term as a Franklin District Councillor representing the Pukekohe Ward and is Chair of the Strategy and Policy Committee. Before joining Council, Des had a career spanning 32 years with New Zealand Steel.
